INSURANCE WAIVERS: Each player will need to have an insurance waiver signed at or before registration. We much prefer that you send them in with this form.  Waivers are REQUIRED and can be found at our web site. One  waiver  per player is required.  Minors MUST have their waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian.
If at all possible, please send waivers with this registration.
 
PAINT SALES:  You may purchase our paint at the event, pre-pay for both entry and paint, THERE IS NO LONGER A BYOP  OPTION.  Make out all money orders / checks / cashier checks to Smak Zone Paintball. 
    
FORFEITS: Smak Zone events are held rain or shine.  In the event that you cannot attend after making payment, your complete payment will be  credited toward a future game of your choice.  No refunds will be issued.
    
ALCHOHOL: Booze and paintball don't mix.   There is NO alchohol allowed on the premises.  If you have to have to drink, look for other places to stay.  THIS RULE WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
